Information We Collect
When you use the contact form
The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject and your message. These are checked on our server to make sure every field is complete and the email address is valid. The form does not send your message by email and does not save it. Instead, it offers to pass your message to WhatsApp, and nothing is shared until you choose to send it there.
To protect the form from spam, the website also uses your IP address to count how many messages are sent from it in a short time (up to 5 every 10 minutes). This count is kept only in the server’s memory. It is not written to a file or database, and it is cleared when the server restarts. The form also records how long the page was open before sending, and includes a hidden field that people never fill in; neither identifies you.
When you contact us on WhatsApp
WhatsApp buttons on this website open a chat with our team at +44 7476 510069. Some buttons fill in a suggested message, but nothing is sent until you press send. When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp name and number and anything you write, such as your order, setup questions or a refund request.
When you order a subscription
Subscriptions are arranged with our team on WhatsApp. To set up and support your subscription, and to handle a refund request, we use details such as your name, WhatsApp number and subscription username.
You can pay by credit card through Stripe, or through PayPal. Your payment details are handled by the payment provider you choose, under its own privacy policy.
When you browse the website
- No cookies or tracking. The website does not set cookies, store information in your browser, or use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
- Hosting. The website is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, your browser sends technical information such as your IP address and browser type when it requests a page, and Vercel processes this to deliver the website, under its own privacy policy.
- Fonts and images. Fonts, channel logos and most images are served from our own website.
- Movie posters from Apple. The movie posters on our homepage are loaded directly from Apple’s servers, so your browser connects to Apple, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type. The posters link to Apple TV pages.
How We Use Your Information
- To reply to your questions and messages.
- To set up, support and renew your subscription.
- To process payments and keep accounting records.
- To handle refund requests under our refund policy.
- To protect the contact form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

How Long We Keep Information
We keep customer information only for as long as it is needed for customer service and accounting. The spam-protection count described above is kept only in server memory.
Access, Correction and Deletion
